Registering PIN
When PIN is not registered at the branch office or for internet application customers must register PIN as shown below before using Woori Credit card.

Bank branch office: Bring ID and request for PIN registration.
Cautions
Certain transactions such as internet purchase or cash advance may be restricted when PIN is not registered.
IC PIN for IC card cannot be registered through ARS or website. Please visit nearest branch office for registration.
Some countries may not approve credit card transactions without IC PIN
For IC credit card transaction in overseas, IC PIN must be entered rather than signature. 3 errors in entering PIN shall lock up the credit card. Please make sure to visit Woori Bank branch office and register IC PIN beofre departure.
Check credit card slip before signature and card holder must sign
Check your credit card time to time and check for amount, name of affiliation, affiliation number, transaction date etc before signing

For compensation, members are responsible for 20,000 won service charge. Fraudulent transactions afterwards as well as any fraudulent transactions 60 days prior to the report.
During lost report to BC card customer center or Woori bank customer center, ask for re-issue of credit card and it will be processed without visiting branch office.

When new credit card is not received after the expiration date of existing credit card, please contact nearest Woori Bank branch office.
Please completely dispose expired credit card after receiving new credit card or return to nearest Woori bank branch office.
