Credit card fraud which happens with cards that have not been signed on shall not be compensated.

PINs must be registered before the credit card is used at a branch or for internet applications, as shown below.

At a branch: Bring a form of ID and request to register your PIN.
Points to note
Certain transactions such as internet purchases or cash advance may be restricted when a PIN is not registered.
IC PINs for IC cards cannot be registered through ARS or website. Please visit your nearest branch office for IC PIN registration.
Some countries may not approve credit card transactions without an IC PIN
For IC credit card transactions overseas, an IC PIN must be entered instead of using a signature. 3 errors in entering the PIN will lock up the credit card. Please make sure to visit a branch of Woori Bank to register your IC PIN beofore departure.
Always check the amount on the credit card slip before signing. Only the cardholder is entitled to sign for transactions.
Check your credit card statement regularly. Make sure you check the amount, name of affiliation, affiliation number, transaction date and such details before signing the credit card receipt.

Should there be any changes to your work address, home address, telephone number, payment date, payment account and so forth, please contact the Woori Bank credit card customer center ARS or nearest branch office.

Check the expiry date of your credit card
If you have not received a new credit card by the expiry date of your current one, please contact your nearest Woori Bank branch.
After receiving a new card, destroy your old card or return it to a Woori Bank branch.
