Service fees

Program download fee: Free for KTF, LGT. Approx. 30 won data download fee for SKT
Service charges: Monthly fee of 900 won (withdrawn on the 10th of every month. The first month fee is exempt.)
(When service charge is not withdrawn on 10th, withdrawal will be attempted for 10 more business days and shall be cancelled on 11th day if not withdrawn)
(The service charge which has already been deducted shall not be refunded should cancellations take place during service period)
Data service charge: None
Woori bank transfer service fee: None, other bank transfer service fee: None

Registering and Cancelling the Service

When using internet banking (Security card and certificate required)

① Click “Sign up for service” at the top and enter membership information, PIN and certificate number
② Receive SMS after completion of sign up and download VM mobile banking program (Free)
③ Execute program and enter PIN to log in

When visiting a branch

① Visit your nearest branch office along with ID and fill out an internet banking and VM mobile banking application
② Receive SMS after completion of sign up and download VM mobile banking program (Free)
