Service fees

Program download fee: Free for KTF, LGT/ Approx. 30 won data download fee for SKT
Service charges: Monthly fee 900 won (Withdrawn on 10th of every month. The first month fee is exempt.)
(When service charge is not withdrawn on 10th, withdrawal will be attempted for 10 more business days and shall be cancelled on 11th day if not withdrawn)
(Already withdrawn 900 won shall not be refunded while cancelled during service period)
Data service charge: None
Woori bank transfer service fee: None, other bank transfer service fee: None (until end of 2007)

Sign up and cancellation of the Service

In case of using internet banking (Security card and certificate required)

① Click “Sign up for service” on the top and enter membership information, PIN and certificate number
② Receive SMS after completed sign up and download VM mobile banking program (Free)
③ Execute program and enter PIN to log in

In case of visiting branch office

① Visit nearest branch office along with ID and fill out internet banking and VM mobile banking application
② Receive SMS after completed sign up and download VM mobile banking program (Free)
